The QNUK Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) is ideal for those employers that need to meet the minimum requirement of first aid regulations; typically those working in shops, offices and other low risk environments.
The Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work is designed for large or high risk working environments. the course is run as two units over three days.
This qualification is for those that are interested in, or are required to attend annual training in basic life support. While some candidates may be interested in undertaking this qualification for personal development, those working in a GP or dentist surgery may attend to meet industry requirements.
This qualification is aimed those who have completed a workplace first aider course as outlined in the Health and Safety (First-aid) Regulations 1981 and the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1982, and who are refreshing their knowledge and skills as outlined in the above legislation.
This qualification is for those that require additional training in basic life support and safe use of an AED. Many attendees are those working in environments that have an AED available, such as Gyms and public places such as shopping centres, transport hubs, Doctors and Dentist surgeries.
